I ordered two bikes and was looking for someone local who could assemble them for me. I had a bad experience with a well-known bike store recently-- and wanted to go in a different direction. Enter Eric. Communication was on point from the start. Once he arrived, Eric got right to work and worked quickly! He completed my 2 bikes in less than 2 hours. Once complete, he walked me through all of the things he did, the parts that the company failed to include, and ways that he could help to make it right. All told, I'm really happy that I went with Eric. He's down to earth, serious and knowledgable about bikes, and looks out for his clients. Highly recommend him and his services! Happy customer.

My dad has had his bike from childhood in pieces in his garage attic for the past 30 years. A few months back I went up there and brought the bike back to my house hoping to find someone to reassemble as there was minimal rust. Stumbled upon Erics mobile shop and scheduled an appointment. He showed up this morning and got to work. Main issue was getting bottom bracket spinning again but after a couple hours I was taking a spin on my dads bike that hasn't been ridden in likely 50 years! Eric did a good job on the bike I ordered from Amazon that the Amazon technician said was beyond repair and must be returned. Very knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the nuts and bolts. I was confused a bit about the price but he did a good job explaining it. Would highly recommend his service to anyone in need.

Wow, didn't have any problem with Eric 2 years ago, thought he was worth it. This year scheduled a major tune-up ($180) when I had some clinking noises with the rear tire. Guy was in and out in 30 min. After the bike wasn't even cleaned fully (underside dirty, not a big deal) I noticed the sound was still in the rear wheel. Didn't think anything of it since it rode fine and figured he didn't think it was a problem. Now I just found out that the sound was from a broken spoke that I've been riding on the last couple months. Somehow that wasn't noticed during this full tune up and (supposed) wheel truing! Now I'm wondering if they did any work at all on the bike. Definitely would not recommend EDIT: to be clear, had I known the noise in the wheel was an issue, I would have asked for it to be fixed. A broken spoke is something that would be impossible to miss had the wheels actually been trued.
