When I first moved to Lowell, I bought all the parts to build my first skateboard here. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they had a good variety of parts. Two years later, everything on the board has held up great! I plan to go back to get some parts for my bike. Although I'm not an expert and didn't do much comparison shopping, prices seem fair as well.

Gave Me the wrong size bike pad size, Told them to recheck the size. And they supposedly "rechecked" gave me the wrong size and when I called to tell them they gave me the wrong size. They said I couldn't return it since I opened them.

The woman working when I went in was super helpful in getting me a new skateboard and some other accessories. She even let me get my hardware for free because I had already spent almost $300 and remembered last minute that I needed longer screws. She was very kind and I will be coming back the next time I need anything for my skateboard

The old guy is AWESOME! He knows his bike repair and really helped me out over the past few days when I messed up my bike. He got me in with next day service. I don't know his name but he has been extremely helpful and got me some parts so I could do some work myself. I can't recommend him highly enough.

I've been a customer for years! I showed up a couple times with a flat tire I paid him for fixing the flat tire and He adjusted my brakes and chains for free
