This is the most amazing bike store that we have ever seen and what a fun experience! The staff is awesome, the space has a cool vibe, and the variety of beautiful Trek bikes is extensive. Even if you have to travel a bit, and you're in the market for a bike, any kind: road, gravel, mountain, beach, e-bikes ... this is the place.

At Goodales Bike Shop, salesperson Jake was encouraging, not patronizing, and though clearly very knowledgeable and experienced in all things biking, he answered our questions at an easily comprehensible level. He made our time at the bike shop enjoyable as well as productive. The tech folks in the service area were very helpful and similarly knowledgeable, friendly, and supportive.

I had never had wheels built and did not know where to start but these guys came through making custom built wheels for my kids bike and myself. They look awesome and I can’t wait to use them.

Recently, I bought a very sharp looking Trek Dual+ Sport Stagger bicycle at Goodale’s. It is a hybrid bike that rides smoothly and is easy to use. The bike is simply beautiful and just as impressive is the service I received from every member of the Goodale’s team. Each step of my process to purchase the bike, helmet and car rack was supported by knowledgeable, attentive and kind people who worked to meet my biking needs, to answer questions and to insure I enjoy riding my new bike. I can say without hesitation I love riding the bike, and I am so glad I bought it from Goodale’s. Thank you so much!

Nick did an outstanding job in steering me to the “right-sized” version of Domane+, rather than spending more on a group set that I really didn’t need. He was very patient with my many questions, and managed to somehow make the delivery date be the day it was promised. The Domane+ SL7 is a home run. Only a few rides so far but it’s as nimble as my Domane 5.9 only faster (ebike, duh) and smoother in all aspects. Definitely no compromises made when moving up to an electric-assist carbon endurance bike. Bravo!
