I had a great experience at Ben’s Cycle purchasing my first road bike. All the guys were super friendly & willing to help with any questions. I worked directly with Jordan T. who helped me find a great used bike that was right in my budget. He gave advice on ongoing care, potential things to look for if I wanted to upgrade anything and took the time to do a fitting which was super appreciated. As someone who is new to the bike world, I definitely left the store feeling confident I made the right decision. Highly recommend!

Fantastic overall experience and an Exceptional custom bike. Bought a Milwaukee Fugitive and worked with Drew on the specs. Very communicative throughout the entire process and well worth the wait. Alex was exceptional with the final fit and the bike is magnificent. Due to weather only have 20 or so miles on it and can't wait for Spring. Do not go anywhere else if you want an exceptional bike and service

I was really impressed by the staff and communication. I called and had questions about a used bike. They gave me so much information about the bike. I drove down and the service got even better. They continued answering all of my questions and gave some great pointers about the bike and things to consider about the bike. I ended up buying the bike and they helped take it apart to fit in my car. Bonus is they even recommended dog friendly restaurants since they knew my dog was with me. FYI - We ate at Riley's Social House. Thanks! Wish I was local, this is a great local bike shop. Huge selection and great service. Highly recommend!

Absolutely blown away by the communication, product, shipping and customer service. Used them for an online bike purchase, emails were answered promptly, I had some questions about another frame and they were extremely flexible with the options as I made my final decision. They made everything completely pain free and went above and beyond. If their online service is any indication of how they run their operation, I am sure their on-site shop is as awesome. I love my new bike and will be looking at purchasing additional bikes from this seller in the future. Thank you, Dan for an amazing experience!!

One of the best, if not the best, independently owned bike shops in the Milwaukee/Metro area. I went here to buy some shoes, and Alex was very helpful with picking out the right pair for me. He also gave me some advice regarding my bike set-up. I got a tour of the facility, as well. If you're into all things bicycle and enjoy history, take the tour yourself. If you need a part for your bicycle, come here. If they don't have it, you don't need it! Everyone was super friendly, as well. Their mascot barked at me when I came in, but that was my fault. I was petting dogs before I came in, so he must have been jealous.... Highly recommend!
