Really great experience. I’ve never tried an E bike before and the associate showed me all the new gadgets that goes along with it so I could understand how to use it on my own. And be safe riding. Amazing helmet I also bought for safety. And associate took the time to find the correct fit helmet. Even had a minor adjustment to the headlight for free to center better. Extra tools and manual included. Definitely will be going back for other accessories soon.

Great store to purchase a bike from. I recently purchased a Specialized 16" for my daughter and the store manager Victor was a delight to converse with. He spent about an hour of time with me on my selection process and I felt he was an incredibly genuine person. Even though this store is about an hour out of the way for me, they have gained a loyal customer. Good bike stores & good honest people are hard to find these days. Cherish them. Stopped here mid-ride with an axis shifter issue. The team quickly sorted it on the spot. Super friendly and understanding staff. Definitely consider stopping in if you’re in town.

Friendly, laid back sales staff. Victor was great, He helped me purchase my first ever electric pedal assist bike, Victor was knowledgeable and patient , He took his time to answer my many questions. The bike I purchased is easy and fun. I liked it so much that I went back to get another bike for my husband. We now go on Bike trails up to 25 miles with no issue for us. The staff ask questions about how you want to ride, so you can make the correct purchase with no pressure to purchase. They are people who ride and show love to the sport. I Felt they just wanted us to enjoy riding as much as they do. Berkshire bike and Board is a great way to start to enjoy the outdoors again.
