The guy needs to hire somebody to work the counter. Because he has no skills communicating with humans. He's rude on patient likes to smirk under his breath. He needs to stick to fixing bikes in the back and hire somebody up front here it is a miserable individual

Wow... I should have read the reviews. This guy literally did not want to take our money for a simple job. Hell we even offered to rent or buy the tool needed for our needs. Just did not want to help.... so much for supporting local business.

Owner Wayne has a great sense of humor & is a qualified bicycle mechanic. He repaired my electric trike’s brakes & did an overall tuneup for a very reasonable price. Loretta, the trike, goes 10 mph faster!

I have a fair amount of experience with bike shops as I maintain a small fleet with my short term rental operation. Fact is, Wayne is as skilled as anyone in town and his services are priced very reasonably. I took my tandem bike for service three different places over the course of a year and no one got it right. Wayne has it perfectly tuned and better than new. I’ve known a lot of dog people who like dogs more than people. Wayne likes bikes more than people. If your personality requires a cheesy ChikFilA smile customer experience this is not the place for that. If you want quality service at a fair price you will get it here. Wayne is an acquired taste but great when you get to know him.

I brought my older mountain bike to Wayne a few days ago and when I got it back today, it rides and also looks like a brand new bike! He is very thorough. He tuned it up, repaired slipping gears, aligned the wheels, greased the wheel hubs and adjusted the brakes. He even cleaned it so it looks like new! He did a lot of work for a very affordable price! I'm so glad we found this bike shop! Highly recommend!
