I've been looking at getting a nice full suspension mountain bike for a while. My local bike store did not have much inventory at all, and nothing close to what I was looking for. So went to check this bike store out. They had a very large store with a lot of inventory to choose from. I found several mountain bikes that were nice. They let me take one out for a quick test ride, and absolutely fell in love with this electric full suspension mountain bike. I definitely plan on going back to find a bike for my little girl, as soon as she outgrows the one she's on. I would recommend anyone in central indiana stop in at this bike store before making a purchase somewhere else.

We have been BGI customers for a while, but this recent purchase stood out. The personalized service we received was amazing. We were able to get our son the bike he was really wanting for racing at a price-point that made sense for all. And the service to get the bike ready and out the door was incredibly fast and detailed. Much appreciation to the BGI family of staff!

Great bike shop for service and especially sales. They have a better selection of bikes than most bike shops. Tried some other local ones and nothing I liked. I always have good luck here. Just bought my second bike at BGI. Also I find the associates very friendly and helpful.

My wife and I were in the 82nd St. store on a Saturday morning. We roamed through the bike area, men’s clothing, bike racks/parts area, and men’s shoes area (tried on a pair of shoes) without being greeted/welcomed by a sales associate. We were in the store for more than 30 minutes before my wife, who was waiting outside the dressing room while I tried on some tights, was finally asked if she needed anything. During our ~30 minutes of roaming, we could hear 4 or 5 guests approached/greeted rapidly as they came through the front door. As time went on, we were more and more aware of hearing this as we continued with no help. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at BGI; I’ve also had this happen at the Greenwood store. I am new to cycling, so I need help finding things, and I have lots of questions. The thing I also plan on doing is making significant purchases on future bikes, apparel, and services. I’m not sure I will do it at BGI based on my experiences of not feeling welcome in their stores. Bike shops these days are having trouble competing with direct-to-consumer companies because of this type of consumer experience. If I was the owner of this store, I would want to hear this feedback so that’s why I’m providing it. Thank you.

Great customer service. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The store has so much to offer…quality bicycles, exercise equipment, and accessories. Their sales are great.
