Incredible bike shop, I bought my bike here and they’ve been taking care of it ever since. They do honest work and tell you what you really need without trying to sell you unnecessary repairs. Alejandro and Javier are very talented bike mechanics and they are quick to get you back in motion. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Great experience buying my new electric mountain bike! I called Tyler on Saturday to ask if he had a very specific model and size (Specialized S-Works S5). While he did not have it in stock, he found the exact bike I wanted, and at the lowest price I could find online or at other shops. I was excited because I had been looking this bike for weeks. By Monday evening, he had the bike fully assembled for me with tubeless tires as requested. When I came to the shop to take a look before buying, he asked me to sit on the bike while he proceeded to do a full fitting with seat height, handle bar controls, grips and custom pedals. Wow! I was so impressed. And when I went to pay for it, I expected to see extra fees for these special services he provided, but what I was charged was just what he promised - nothing more!

My niece bent up the derailleur on my adult tricycle. Bicycle Generation replaced it and did a basic tune up. It rides and shifts better than it ever has. Excellent, courteous service at very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Helpful, friendly, non pushy environment. I've been trying with the idea of getting a road bike for over a year now. Yesterday I decided to visit bicycle generation in Deerfield Beach to see what they had. After walking around the store for a minute, Chris C. greeted us and asked what we were looking for. After showing us a few bikes my friend and I road two. I purchased a Scott Speedster 30. I returned the next day to pick up and get fitted for the bike. Chris recommended that I get padded shorts. Other than that, he asked if I needed any accessories. He helped me with what I asked for, and didn't push any other items on me. Chris was far from being a pushy salesperson. The zero-stress environment made my purchasing experience pleasant. Thanks for your help Chris! UPDATE: I bought my second bike from bike generation on November 30, 2024. Alejandro assisted me. He was very helpful, not pushy/salesy, full of information and answered the many dumb questions I asked as this was my first mountain bike.

I brought my son’s bike in for a repair. When I arrived, I was told the cost would be $35. My son and I waited while the repair was done, and everything was completed quickly and efficiently, which I appreciated. However, when it was time to pay, I was charged $48 instead of the $35 I was initially quoted. For a simple repair on a child’s bike, it felt surprising that the cost ended up being almost half the price of the bike itself. While I’m happy with the quality of the work, I believe pricing should be clear and consistent to avoid situations like this.
