This shop is absolutely the best! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm welcome and a professional attitude. I was dealing with brake issues on my e-bike, and they quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. I didn't want to write a review, because the repair of my bike took so much longer than I expected. But they gave me such a great discount in the end that I felt obligated to give them 5 stars. The delay in the repair happened mainly because the online shipment got wrong for some parts that they ordered. In the end, the quality of repair seems to be great.

They are really talented and helpful. I brought in a 20 year old bike and they fixed the brakes like brand new!! Great job!!

What a great bike shop! If you anywhere in the area then this is a great bike shop! It's two hours away from me and still well worth the drive. Service is great and quick, you can schedule any and work done in advance so you don't miss your bike for too long - which is must have as other bike shops have VERY LONG WAIT times and you may be out of bike for a while. Oh yea and I picked up this beauty at Bicycle John's as well! :D

Ordered a new full suspension bike from Giant to be delivered & assembled here. They were extremely quick to build everything up and very helpful with all my questions. The customer service was great. I was able to test ride the bike prior to finalizing the sale to make sure it’s the right bike for me. Mike gave me some helpful tips and trail recommendations. Thanks guys !
