I’ve been an Open Trails customer for 4+ years. Bought two eBikes here. Get my bikes serviced here. Sam and Ben are great to work with. Helpful. Very knowledgeable. Best bike shop around 😊

I considered this my local repair shop until today. Was unloading my electric bike and was greeted by a gentleman, first time I see him there, and he stopped me in my unloading tracks and asked what we needed. Let him know that my disc breaks are making noice and he quickly told me they don’t have time for my issue. I’ve purchased two electric bicycles from here and the two gentleman that are usually there are so patient, kind, and helpful. It feels terrible being turned away and not even given an option to leave my bike. I guess that’s the last time I go there. Don’t recommend this location if you are interested in repairs.

Amazing selection and great customer service. They sold me a high quality helmet a while back and I could not be happier with it. Perfect fit and great features. The color makes it easy to spot me on the road. If you're in the Santa Clarita area I highly recommend checking them out. There selection and service is unmatched!

Thank you so much to everyone at Open Trails! I love my Mokwheel Ebike! I've only had it two weeks and I've already put 331 miles on it. I ride it to work, the grocery store, the gym, almost everywhere. I get compliments on my Ebike almost everyday. I will definitely be a lifelong customer of Open Trail's Ebikes because they have the best prices and excellent customer service!

I was thrilled to find that a Haibike (and other eBike brands) dealer was in town. I bought my Haibike from them one year ago and have been more than pleased with the crew at Open Trails. I consider them to be friends, and not just some people that run a shop. They are doing a lot to promote eBiking in Santa Clarita and are active in holding group rides as well as admining the So Cal E-MTB Facebook group. Update: Second bike purchased from Open Trails: Bulls E-Stream EVO AM 4.
