I have purchased three ebikes, my daughter has purchased two. This is absolutely the best place to buy or have service done on whatever you ride. Ask for Ray, he is super knowledgeable and is off the hook friendly.

I swung by the other day to ask about some bike parts I called 7x, on my way to make sure they had the parts, and not once did someone answer my phone call. This was at 4:50pm and keep in mind that they close at 6:00pm and my house is 25 minutes away. I walk in, after my 7 unanswered phone calls, to some old man shoveling food into his face. He seemed to be annoyed that I had the audacity to enter during business hours with questions about bike parts. My questions were then all answered with an immediate snippy like "No!" My final question was, do they sell tie downs for bikes? The response yet again was an immediate, "no!" In no way did this older gentlemen try to help me nor even give the mininal amount of effort to earn my business. The only reason they are receiving a 3 star rating instead of a 1 star rating is because the other employees there are awesome they're knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and informative. Funny fact one of them did inform the they do sell tie downs for bikes and they've been in stock since they could remember. I don't need people to jump through hoops to earn my business I would just like a fundamental level of common courtesy. Now I don't know why this older gentlemen wasn't in the mood to help me, I don't know why he told me they don't sell the products I needed when they clearly did but I can say with certainty that an unwelcoming attitude like that won't get repeat customers it probably won't get customers at all. I can't judge the entire business based on the actions of this one older gentlemen so I give them a neutral star rating with the hopes of changing it in the future.

Walked into bicycle warehouse in Temecula and was met by Ray who helped me choose a bike that was perfect for me. This shop has a great selection and a knowledgeable staff that were most helpful.Ray took his time to find out what bike was the right bike for me. Best selection around. When I questioned whether the bike would fit in my car Ray said “no problem” I can drop it off on my way home. Great customer service!

This bike shop is awesome. I went there to have my old bike serviced and look at the cargo ebike. Ray was very helpful with answering all my questions and helping me pick out the right bike for me. Showing me how everything works on the bike. I went with the Aventon cargo. I Came home and rode my grandkids to the store to get a treat :)). Thank you also to Ryan who serviced my old Electra and brought it back to life.

Jon is The Man! My wife and I just bought two Aventon e-bikes from the Bicycle Warehouse in Temecula and we couldn't be happier. Jon took time to help us select the make and model that fit our needs the best and patiently explained all the details that others glossed over. End result?
