I bought an intense carbine 29 in the beginning of 2017 and begun to learn to ride in the mountain where i live. I just finished up a year of riding and got 1500 miles under my belt. I love the bike i purchased with some advice from friends. I’m very happy with my decision. Great solid bike and I’ve had so much fun learning and riding. I’ve gotten much stronger and look forward to putting more Miles under my belt. Here we go 2018! Thank intense.

Ordered my bike online because a great sale. The next day they called and gave me additional huge discount because they reduced the price of their sale. I have never had that happen before. Very impressed with establishing customer loyalty. Two of my friends ride an Intense bike and love them. Looking forward to good times on the bike.

P R I O R I T I E S, when you eMTB cost 3x more than your pick-up truck. The Tazer is best and most fun MTB I’ve ever owned, period. Great company, great customer service.

Intense will not honor their warranty. Two of their carbon frames have failed on me (broken seat tube on one and the brake mount sheared off on the other) during a ride in just the last year. Never riding Intense again.
