Chris and his team did everything they could to help me get my bike boxed for shipping but ultimately couldn’t do it without an extraordinary effort (due to issues with the bike, no fault of their own). They are a great team and I know they did everything they could to get it done. I’ve had service done there previously and have nothing but praise for the team there.

I took my road bike in for an inspection for the Bike MS ride, and got very good info and advice, ended up with new tires and tubes to replace the tubular set up I had. Two days later I enjoyed a 77 mile ride with no issues. I really appreciated the expertise and clarity provided on different options and the professionalism and very evident intention to provide great advice.

The entire team at Bicycles Etc is unbelievable. I’m gearing up for my first triathlon and the guys have held my hand and taught me a lot along with having everything I need. Way more than just a retail front. Fantastic repair shop and expert insight from everyone. No need to Google another bike shop in north Florida. Bicycles Etc is the best around.
