I took my adult trike in today to get a once over and to fix the rear chain. Robbie did a thorough inspection and fixed any issues along with putting on a new chain all in the shop today! We were in and out in less than an hour and it was EXTREMELY affordable. If you need any bike repairs, including electric bikes, definitely check them out! They also have a great selection of bikes for sale and are very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is literally the chillest place. I brought a bike in to have repaired and a lady taking cardboard to the dumpster stopped to help me get my bike out and in to the shop without me asking. They did an assessment and called (and texted!) me about the estimate to fix, and had this bike done within a week. Super nice shop. Great crew of people. Get your bike fixed here....or buy a new one here!!

I needed a set of wheel bearings and had called several shops before I found Open Road. They not only had all the parts needed but got them installed in record time and for a very reasonable price. This is a serious bike shop with a great selection and the best mechanics one could ask for. I only wish I lived a bit closer so I could frequent this shop more often. Strongly recommended!

Purchased a Specialized 3.0 February of 2024. Best bike I have ever had! I have had the bonus pleasure of enjoying the best service after the sale that I have ever experienced! Brian and his crew are the greatest!

I recommend this bike shop to anyone that wishes to buy a specialized bike or bring in their bikes for repair. They have outstanding service, hospitality and professionalism. They work with you on any aspects of your bike and they have a great deal of patience and guidance. I will be back and I will recommend this to all of my fellow bike.
