First these guys sold me a phenomenal bike at a darn good price with great service. Then they went out of their way to help me. These folks love bikes and give great service. Wish there were more bike shops like this!

This is an old fashion bike shop . Great customer service great mechanics I recently got back into mountain biking and purchased Yeti 160 E I’m enjoying it like you would not believe very happy I wanted to buy local I live in San Francisco. This is a great place to purchase. They really know their stuff in there . And they’re all mountain bikers themselves

Love this shop! I was shopping around for an e-bike and was easily overwhelmed with the amount of options. Brian took the time to walk me through needs/ wants and set clear expectations for my price point. I test rode a couple different ones and really enjoyed Batch 1897/ E comfort 1. I returned a couple weeks later and purchased the bike! I really enjoy knowing my purchase went to support a small, local business 🚴

Brian and the team at Big Swingin' are absolutely amazing. After having built up my first Moots up with them a few years ago, I recently built a Moots Routt 45 up for my wife with them, and the attention to detail, patience with configuration, communication re supply chain availability of parts, etc. were all way above what you would ever expect from a bike shop, absolutely blew me away. They stand by their bike size guarantee, so when the size I ordered for my wife wasn't perfect, they went above and beyond to source and move the build over to a new frame. She rode it for the first time today and its smiles for years. Couldn't recommend this shop and team more highly! Thank you!

This place is a resourceful hope for the future of our planet! If you can bicycle to work or to grocery, this is the place to grant you with excellent and safe tools. Competent, well organized, everyone is treated with the same consideration. Their business grew a lot in the last months because they gracefully changed speed to answer their customers with the same efficiency.
