This is a stellar shop, with all the best aspects of a great bike shop. Matt was super helpful, dialed in my sizing perfectly and allowing some flex as my schedule changed. Rented a gravel bike for six days and got several amazing rides in -- bike performed perfectly. Would highly recommend!!

Matt had me set up in no time, smooth and easy; the Trek Domain 60 was perfect for my ride over Golden Gate into Sausalito and Tiburon. Followed Paradise Drive around the peninsula, excellent day! See you again soon…

This Trek visit was very impressive. While using the rental service, I was very satisfied with the service that I did my best to enjoy the ride in the same condition as the bicycle I normally use. I took the parts I usually used, and they gave me careful consideration so that I could use them without any inconvenience, and provided me with a healthy fitting so that the bicycle itself could fit my body. If I have another chance to visit again, I will choose Trek again without hesitation. And thankfully, I am very grateful to Matt for providing me with a special gift.
