NEVER NEVER NEVER do business with this location!! We purchased a bike for my grandson about 2 1/2 years ago with the kids warranty !! The warranty was that as you grow they would honor your bike as a trade in with aleast 50% off on another bike. We took it in today so we could trade it in for a bigger bike. We where told we would get only 50 dollars because it was dirt, they had to paint it and replace the tube(5.00). We spent over 800 dollars on the bike. Don't get me wrong Trek bikes are awesome. In the pictures below you will show you what they where talking about what was need to be painted and pictures of the bike. We've been purchasing Trek bikes for over 15 years.THIS LOCATION IS FULL OF BULL CRAP BULL CRAP BULL CRAP!! I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION. I WILL DRIVE TO BIRMINGHAM BEFORE I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!

Worst experience at a bike shop I have ever had. DO NOT COME HERE. I’ve been biking for about 5 years and always had my husband to help me out with the mechanics but he’s deployed. The lady at this shop was extremely condescending. There are way too many others that will help a customer understand instead of making them feel small. They don’t have any better products at their shop than any other bike shop I’ve been to.

Great store, very helpful. Kelly and Dash made sure to take care of me as a mountain biking novice with their excellent service and recommendations. Walked out of the store with a Roscoe 8 and some gear and couldn’t be happier.

You are being warned the older woman that works here has a serious attitude problem and will treat you terribly if you don’t know everything about bikes. We went in ready to spend thousands of dollars and she was so rude and condescending that we just left. To the young man that fixed my chain here, go find another shop to work at you deserve better. This place is the absolute worst

Took two older bikes in and got the Level 2 deep clean and they look and ride like NEW! Highly recommend Trek Montgomery. Very friendly people and great service!
