I had a great time just speaking with Paul on Friday - he was eager to talk to me about the non-profit and was very easy to talk to. I definitely recommend supporting it!

A great shop went in to ask about more comfortable seats for sale? They do have a donated bin of presentable used seats for $10 but i ended up buying a brand new "cloud 9" seat for just over 30 dollars instead, which does feel way more comfortable than my old one and I got to donate the older seat win win.

BEWARE! typically this shop is wonderful, they've helped me practically make a brand new bike. I'm not sure who was on shift the other day but they took a look at my brake pads (no replacement) and wiped down my wheels, then proceeded to charge me 20$ after I put money in the tip jar. They were also very unhelpful with my ignition, I found a crackhead to do it for free but they could not refer me to another place so I was calling multiple shops. I also typically get a discount because of where I work but a brake pad replacement is 15$-20$, so I can tell he charged me full price. The owners are the sweetest people and will do your work out of their own passion for bikes, and they deserve more than what they're charging. But I'm not stupid and I'm honestly disappointed.

I bought a Kona bicycle from Bike Clark County a while back. Perfect transaction and perfect bike. My son needed some minor fixes over time and they were nice enough to help him out. And, most recently, the bike was stolen. I contacted the shop for our bike info to report it, and they were quick to reply and help with that. To top it all off, they were contacted by a business that let them know the bike was found in their dumpster area. The store was kind enough to figure out it was our bike and let us know where it was. All of our interactions have been above and beyond, and I can't say enough how appreciative we are!

Learning to repair flats, ran into complications. Brought to the Bike Clark County shop, and Sean/Shawn (sp)? helped me out with the various complications I had before me, and educated me on how to bypass those and do a proper repair. He also educated me to bikes for bigger guys like myself, sharing things to be aware of if looking for a larger bike. Courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. All…free of charge. Thanks, Sean.
