    If I could give them 10 stars, I would. The magnificent humans at the E-Bike store were able to recover my recently purchased bike that had been stolen from my home. The initial purchase experience was so smooth and wonderful it had already made this shop a favorite of mine. I have always felt so welcomed and cared for by their excellent service. And when the bike was stolen, they went above and beyond, keeping in touch with me, even just to check in at intervals, after the violating experience of a home burglary. My words will never be able to express the deep gratitude I feel to this team. Thank you so much!

    I was so impressed with The E-bike Store! They are very intentional about which bikes they sell, only carrying the ones that have the best warranties and user friendly companies to work with. Andrew, who worked with us was amazing! I can’t remember ever talking with a more knowledgeable and personable sales person anywhere ever. He loves his job! He went with us to test drive several bikes over flat & bumpy streets and a little hill so we could put the different bikes through their paces.He gave us lots of tips and suggestions. He even recommended a place for lunch! If you go, ask for Andrew!

    I’ve been shopping for a new commuter bike that could handle the PNW weather we are famous for and have been to a number of shops in Seattle and receiving weird mix of awesome service but no inventory, or a ton of bikes and disappointing service. I was searching around for a great local shop that had inventory I was interested in (Specialized Vado 5.0, Gazelle C380+) and strong service and I sure found that with the e-bike Store. Luckily they had inventory ready to test ride and Derek was super easy to work with. Poor guy was riding solo due to a sick coworker but took great care of me and was able to answer all my questions. This is a no commission shop and you can tell they really just care to listen to your needs and find you the right bike. Derek took the time to walk me through all the features on the bike, show me panniers, all the while taking care of another super nice customer who was looking for a bike. Everyone was super friendly, knowledgeable, and left me with an A+ experience. I cannot say enough good things. Zero pressure and nothing but great customer service and that extends to the service team. Im sure everyone is great but ask for Derek if you have a chance!

    ***UPDATE*** Owner Wake of this Ebike Shop responded to my 1 Star Post about my Defective Garmin Radar Issues with my SPECIALIZED Turbo Como 5.0 IGH & said he would start a Warranty Claim. The thing is SPECIALIZED then has to approve the Warranty Claim & all Reviews on the Better Business Bureau website say SPECIALIZED Ebike Components WON'T honor their Warranty Period? I even Filed a Complaint against SPECIALIZED Ebike Components on the Better Business Bureau website & SPECIALIZED REFUSED to respond to it? Also, if I get a Warranty Replacement Garmin Radar JUST like my Defective Radar proprietary model, this issue WILL happen ALL over again because of serious Quality Control Issues. Most of Garmin Radars are Bluetooth, which sounds more fitting for a SPECIALIZED "Premium" model ebike. I have been chatting with Clayton from Garmin to see if they can provide me with a NON Corded Garmin Radar as a Warranty Replacement?

    I bought a Specialized Haul from these guys two years ago. Yeah, I’m a little late with my review, but I also now have a solid 2 years of interactions and experiences to pull from. The entire staff are kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They don’t spout a bunch of jargon at you that you might not understand but rather speak in very plain terms about the bike and its functionalities and features as well as during service visits. I just got my bike back after a tune up at 4,100 miles. The ride home felt like I was on a brand new bike. I can’t recommend this shop and this staff enough. Do yourself a service and go check ‘em out! You won’t be disappointed.
