They had exactly what my boyfriend & I needed, which were detachable fenders. The associate working tonight was super knowledgeable & real cool & helpful, never knew about this bike shop before but will be coming back more often. Can't wait to be an all-weather rider, thanks guys.

The dog was nice. Everybody else sucked. Couldn't find me in the computer. Even though I had been there before. Didn't fix the brakes. No invoice, no guarantee on the work done. Took over two weeks to fix. Both brakes failed after two weeks. Took the bike elsewhere and fixed the brakes in 15 minutes and the brakes are still working 11 months later. Never trust them. The owner is a jerk.

We bought a $700 BMX bike for our son who was super excited. We buy from a particular BMX shop multiple times a year for bikes and bike parts and such and we decided to try Vancouver Cyclery because it's closer. 2 weeks after having the BMX bike the bottom bracket is resting and he has only wrote it outside while it was sprinkling one time and we took it to a different Bike Shop who showed us the inside of the frame is completely rested they said it's almost like it was just a bike that was possibly painted over and sold as new. I called Vancouver Cyclery to ask them why it was resting and ask if there's anything they can do and the guy that I spoke to was awfully rude and said no and I told him can I bring it in and he wasn't very nice about it at all didn't offer any help which was super surprising. It was like you already paid screw you type a deal. Needless to say my son is pretty upset and we were at the skate park the other day with multiple other writers and they were saying like dude you're bike is resting you just got it and we told them we bought from Vancouver Cyclery I'm just hoping that we can get the word out across to enough people on Facebook and stuff that nobody buys a bike there. It was the first and last time we will ever go there it just sucks that they got $700 and we got a dumpster bike

Vancouver Cyclery REALLY know their stuff. My Trek FX-2 e-bike stopped engaging the motor. I am really proficient in a non e-bike but, this bike has all components in the structure of the bike. I purchased it from them, so I took it to them. They were awesome with everything. I not only got a call when it was done but, I received one after the parts arrived to the store. This store is top notch, A++ in everything they do. This e-bike is for some rehab I had to do. My next purchase is a full suspension downhill. I will, of course be buying it there. Just looking at some of the upper level bikes they have, makes you want to ride, ride, ride and not stop. Thanks to them for that.
