Everyone at the Bike Stop are amazing. They being a personal touch to everything they do to care for you as a customer. From taking the time to understand your biking needs to showing you all the different options available, that are all just top notch! And the great customer service doesn't end there. They can take care of all you post purchase needs and repairs, as well. Give them a look if you are in the market for a bike. I have bought three bikes now from them and would love to get a fourth!

I brought in my bike that has sat unused in my garage for a couple of years and they were able to air up the tires, replace the chain and fix a tubing issues for less than $30. Very friendly and great customer service! I’ll be back.

Blue Springs Bike Stop gets everything right. The employees are personable and honest. They give great product advise without the "hard sell". The service department gives quick expert repairs and they always seem to finish early. Five out of Five stars for sure!

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced. Without going in to details, the owner and his employees went above and beyond to make sure that I got the ride I wanted. All they cared about was making sure I was happy with my new rig. They earned themselves a lifetime customer.
