Five stars!! Shay greeted us with a giant smile when we walked in the door. We told her we bought a couple of electric bicycles for Christmas and needed a bike hauler for our jeep. She showed us a few different models and pointed out their features and benefits. After we made our choice, Shay installed the hauler to our jeep and loaded our bikes. We asked her what else we needed and she walked us through the store, pointing out what we may need. She took the time to do all the little things that mean so much… even installing the water bottle holder on the bicycle. There are so many accolades I could give Shay and The Bike Stop but I’d be writing all day. Just do yourself a favor and make the Bike Stop your first and last stop when shopping for anything bicycle!

I have just picked up a new bike from Ross. A very friendly and courteous experience. His shop is super professional and offers a lot for all sorts of riders. You need to check them out. Highly recommended.

Very helpful, fully service oriented, helpful and kind. Russ, in particular, was a great person to work with, I’m confident all there would be the same. We traded fairly, and bought the same. Go to LS Bike Shop, folks. You won’t regret it.
