The best bicycle buying experience!!! Kevin knows his stuff. My husband and I explained our needs in bikes and he gave us options to choose from. He never once tried to pressure or oversell. We went in thinking this would be our first stop in comparison shopping. But left after having purchased two bikes with accessories. My decision! And I’m ALWAYS the one that wants to shop items to death. When we left Biketown, my husband said to me, “Who are you?” 🤣 I told him that I just knew in my heart it was the right decision to make. You won’t go wrong shopping here.

Went in with an older bike and was able to get parts at a very affordable price. Staff were extremely helpful and did not try to upsell me.

Easy and friendly experience. I did my research, found the bike I wanted, called to see if it was in-stock. Trent put it on hold for me, I came 30 minutes late and picked it up. As a new owner I had a few questions and they were all answered very well. Trent gave me some tips, helped with a few additional products, and I was on my way. Thanks!

Bike Town USA was so helpful in getting me on a new e-bike. The have a vast selection of bike and accessories and they took the time to make sure I had everything I needed to hit the trails. I would highly recommend them for anyone.

Awesome bike shop for adults and kids. Just got my daughters first “real” bike and she loves it. Ask for Trent, he’s super knowledgeable and very helpful. I also use them for service as well which is top notch!
