These guys are amazing! They did a tune-up on my bike, and they literally brought it back to life. It's a brand new bike. It rides smoother than before. I love it! Really, if you need any service done at all for your bike, definitely come here. You won't be disappointed.

Heather's gang built this wonderful etrike for me. It's a great exercise bike. 7 gears. I ride about 12 to 13 mph with e-assist to get great leg exercise. I ride 5 to 7 days a week, about 5 miles. Today, I did 5 miles in 24 minutes. I will be increasing distance. I've had the etrike for about 2 months. I highly recommend the etrike for seniors, I'm 76 yo. I was replacing a 21-speed 2-wheel bike, which I had tipped over about 5 times when dismounting. I highly recommend this bike shop for all your biking needs. Great customer service and products. Update: it's now mid-november, I'm up to 23 miles per day. Usually peddling at 16 to 18 mph. This bike is so much fun to ride. I mounted a speaker on the handle bar so I can listen to christian hymns. 11.5 miles takes about 44 minutes to complete. Say Hi when I pass you by. LOL Dec. 15th update: i now have 2000 miles on my trike. Riding 32 miles per day.

Very aggressive! I walked in, asked for an overall and had a flat tire. Unpon inspection from the front desk (cashier man with cap and glasses, Nov 26th 12:02pm) I was told I needed a new chain and new shifters. I said ok to the chain but no need to change the shifters. He said: "the gears are not changing.". I said "I just rode it with a flat tire and changed all of these gears 5 minutes ago, I'll survive with these gears as is.". He gave me a stare and said "so are you saying I just broke it?" Instant bad and aggressive vibes. I said "no". Then he passive aggressively said "this is our mechanic with over 12 years experience, he can check". The mechanic was great and kind, checked it and said "it glitches a little, we can just oil it". But I said "ok, but I am just going to leave now". Here's a pro tip: don't be aggressive and accuse your clients because you are having a bad day. Even if your diagnostic was right, which was not the case, you should just do what the client wants done without pushing back. Horrible experience. Update** I took my bike to K&N Cycling. Turns out not even my chain needed to be changed. They had an amaizing service with great price.

A HUGE Thank you to Heather the owner of Bikes Plus South .Heather gifted my friend Lisa a full service overhaul on the gifted MTB .Heather installed new brakes, new seat, new handlebars, new grips, greased all bearings and fitted Lisa for this amazing bike. This full service overhaul was all done the same day it was dropped off. Heather stayed after hours to make this happen!! I am so full of Gratitude!! Xxxxxxoooo Andria❤️❤️🙏🙏

Heather and her crew have been awesome. Very knowledgeable and personable. They did a tune up for me and were able to turn it around quickly. I also messed up my fork Friday of Labor Day weekend and Heather was able to fix it the next day. I was figuring for sure I was out for the weekend but she came to my rescue, lol. If you want a great experience, go see them for a tune up, fork service, or new bike.
