Kevin and Nisha were both awesome to deal with. They were super helpful, friendly, honest and generous with their time answering my questions. I'll definitely be using them again. I took my sad little mountain bike in to get fixed after the chain kept popping off and explained that I was open to buying a new one if the repairs were going to cost too much, but I'd prefer to just fix what I had. They casually showed me the available options they had to replace my bike if repairs were going cost too much, but I never felt like they were trying to upsell me or be pushy in any way. Kevin patiently answered all my questions and after giving the bike a once over, he told me exactly what I'd need to repair it. In just a couple days they had the parts shipped, fixed it and I was out the door with a like-new bike for half of what I told him my upper limit on repairs was. Thanks guys!
