Greatest bike shop !!! Customer service is always on point, always focused on the customer not the price point. Great service always at Brielle Cyclery. I always recommend and speak highly of the shop. Good old school friendly bike shop. We have a long history with Brielle and after 7 bike purchases and numerous repairs, we have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work. First time this bicycle has seen the inside of a repair shop in over 40 years. If you're considering bringing your bicycle in and you are as protective as I, feel comfortable trusting their service department. They did an excellent job the pricing was less than I expected, turn around time was exceptionally quick.. I purchased this bicycle new in 1982 and just felt the most joy I have felt in decades experiencing how it now rides

My experience there far exceeded my expectations. From a vast, excellent selection to the most pleasant service. They installed some small upgrades in minutes. Test rode, explored other options, they answered all my questions and I’m very happy with my bike. I highly recommend!

I brought our daughter's Electra in for repair after we accidentally backed our car into it. The front wheel and chain ring were bent; I hadn't even realized that the kickstand was also broken off. I worked with the store manager and explained she could probably get another year out of this bike and we weren't ready to upgrade at the time. I was expecting him to say it was beyond repair and try to sell me a new one. My experience was the opposite of expectation. He was so helpful and his mechanics went above and beyond to restore the bike to it's pre-accident condition for a nominal fee. They even replaced the kickstand. I am so appreciative that they put the customer first; this couldn't be a very profitable job for them compared to selling a bike. I will be back when it's time to upgrade! Thank you, Brielle Cyclery!
