I was looking for the store hours and stumbled on some pretty special reviews. Going to start with I’ve been purchasing bikes here for years. One for the two parents which we still have and only bring in for yearly maintenance. Shockingly we never had a problem w them. And 3 for each one of my two kids(about one every 2 years or until the grew out of them). Again shockingly we haven’t had a problem with them either. These folks run a small family business and the do a wonderful job. I recommend this shop to anyone who wants to buy a quality bike from people who know what they are doing.

Be careful with this place. Make sure that what you need done is clearly understood by both the person filling out the slip in the showroom and the tech in the back. Also, make sure that you get the pricing up front so there are no surprises. Otherwise, they do good work.

I called at 4pm and brought my tire in to be fixed a few minutes later. I needed the tire for the next morning and instead of having me pick it up the next day, they prioritized my repair and had it ready in 30 minutes. They are also doing a great job keeping customers and employees safe during the covid-19 pandemic. I am so happy with their service! Also a great price. I'll be back!

We purchased bikes for our grandsons, spending over $300 for each bike. At the time of sale, he happily delivered each bike. When one bike needed repair, we were told he doesn’t pick up and deliver!!!! Seems that service is limited to only purchases when you’re spending money I would never recommend this bike shop. A miserable way to do business.

I am highly disappointed in the customer service. I purchased 2 bikes at the shop both in the $300 plus range. Both bikes are well taken care of but constantly needing repairs such as the chain popping and gears not working. I do not own a truck to transport the bikes and I am unable to have them fixed. Further, it is to far to walk the bike to the shop. When I purchased both bikes I felt like I spent local and would be given local service back. I asked if it was possible to pick the bike up to be fixed but it is not an option and I understand but just disappointed and will have to take the bike to a closer shop as I have done before.
