Alison has been extremely helpful and informative on both visits to the kids’ store. In addition to helping us get the correct accessories without the bicycle being present, she also spent time discussing new riding experiences that I am preparing to undertake. Natalie

My son was looking for the next size up he loved his SE SOCAL but wanted bigger. We found BC kids online and WOW what an inventory! My son finally chose the SE Savage. Paid in full online. Head over that Tuesday after Labor Day and the bike was ready and waiting for Mason to start ripping some wheelies. At checkout the women (sorry I forgot her name) says there’s a balance due. I tell her about the online pricie , she checks it out and that was that she honored the online price. Which I think she should’ve of course, but other stores would’ve argued that, that was an old sale or the pricing was wrong. It’s now this price because the price was $899 and I she had mentioned companies sometimes have price fluctuation that can change day-to-day. Long story short, I may be wrote to reviews in my life happy to write this one ! Amazing inventory super nice people great place. Can’t wait to buy another bike from them.

We purchased 2 helmets on our first visit, later bought 1 bike in-store, and recently ordered 1 bike online and every experience has been excellent. Smooth transactions, everything fit perfectly, the in-store selection is impressive, and the support has been wonderful.

The best Bike shop in the country. They have everything from used bikes to one off custom fitted road bikes. Professional and personable staff with years of knowledge on all aspects of biking. I absolutely love these guys and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike.

Very friendly staff. I drove an hour to get a bike for my son and they held it for me with no problem. Highly recommend.
