Mark and Robin showed us what the best customer service looks like, we left there feeling like we made some new friends. My boyfriend bought a beautiful Aventon e-bike from them and I was pleased to hear how informed both Robin and Mark were on the bikes. We will absolutely be back to purchase one for myself or just stop in to say hi :) Thank you again!

Originally inquired by email and they were very responsive. I Stopped in the next day to check out the a bike and they were very helpful and patient in helping me decide on a bike that fits me perfectly. Ultimately ended up with the best bike i’ve ever owned! Mark and Robbin are amazing people and I can tell they love what they do. Thanks again! Also they have top of the line rentals that are so comfortable and easy to ride at a fair price! Bristol is beautiful so stop in and check them out!

Excellent experience! Recently purchased an e-bike here. Mark and Robin made the experience a breeze! Mark took the time to educate me on e-bikes and help make my decision easy. He also let me test ride a few bikes to find the perfect one. Robin was great at walking me through the rebate process through RI. Look no further for your bicycle needs in the area.

Bristol Bike shop WILL RUIN YOUR BIKE - SLIPPERY FRONT MAN. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU OWN A BIKE! I paid them for a tune up (told me one price then charged more). Had to bring my bike back AGAIN to get them to fix what they did to it. They not only didn't fix it, but further, bent something on my bike and made it look like it was my fault - I'm a master on my trek bike, fitted it to my frame, etc, but didn't have time to do the tune up - MISTAKE. The grumpy old man at front desk would not even let me speak with tech about to ask about slipping gear. The grumpster (not slightly qualified) wrecked my bike and I even having trusted them to fix it, he doesn't even offer refund. It slips now and they said they not only won't fix it, but don't know how to! The manager is slippery -probably stole parts from my bike for yours, and won't let you speak to tech to troubleshoot. BAD business model - hope the owner reads this.

Here we find the rarest of all things…Customer Service. Great location and great selection(which they have) are second behind the best service experience we’ve had in a very long time. My wife and I spent careers in customer service and expect to be disappointed at some level, but no! This little bike shop, run by some of the nicest people you could hope to do business with, has restored a little faith. If you’re in the market for a bike or just want a shopping experience that doesn’t make you feel like just another customer, go to Bristol Bikes! P.S. this is NOT a paid advertisement. They’re just that good :)
