I’ve been shopping here for years. My husband and I have Edmondas. I’ve purchased all bikes for my kids. And most recently upgraded my sons bike to an FX hybrid. These guys are great with upgrades and tune ups. I wouldn’t consider buying anywhere else. Quality work, exceptional service with outstanding follow through.

I popped into the store midday with a bent seat. Not really knowing what to expect for a seat replacement or at the store. I was pleasantly greeted promptly by a friendly employee. She and I shared a laugh at the bent seat and my explanation of how it got that way. I immediately trusted her genuineness. She asked if she could loosen the seat from the frame bar it was still attached to. I didnt have to ask, she asked me. She pointed me at possible replacements in the store i could consider including the clearance options. I found an excellent option there in fact. For just a reasonably small amount I bought a new seat and had a good experience. I left very pleased and now aware that there is a very good option for bike equipment and friendly assistance at that location. I'm sure I'll be a return customer going forward.

Dropped my bike off Saturday at 5PM. Done Sunday at 3PM. Jimmy, one of the mechanics is like a Wizard when it comes to these Trek bikes. Hes extremely knowledgeable and professional when it comes to repairs and maintenance. Nowadays, its very hard to find small, customer service oriented in-person retail stores. This is one of the few still out there. Everyone working behind the counter clearly has a love and passion for biking, and they are enthusiastic about their job and cycling in general. With all these name brands today like Canyon, Cervello, Giant, etc. Its hard to argue that Trek is THE BEST brand. Thats subjective. But I can almost guarantee when it comes to service and customer relations, Trek has all of them beat. This is a very well run store with lots of inventory, and an extremely fast service department. Would recommend this place to anyone from a seasoned road cycler, to someone who wants to pick up biking to get in shape. Trek Warwick is the one

I brought my Old Trek to Matt & Mike for repairs. They took an OLD TREK and made it new . They are the Best. And everyone was very polite. Thanks from a 77 yrs old thankful Biker with 5800 mi in 3 yrs . I Forgot to add Phoebe, she was very polite and helpful as well as patient with my questions. Thank You All

Great bike service! Brought in a bike and tough shape, and looks as good as new. Very helpful staff! I needed new pedals but didn’t know what to get or how to make clips work. Helped me with everything. Even putting the pedals together
