I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Calistoga Bike Shop. From start to finish, their professionalism and communication were second to none. I rented a Specialized Tarmac for my ride, and the bike was in pristine condition—tuned perfectly and ready to deliver an exceptional performance. The real standout, however, was Rob. Not only did he make the rental process seamless, but his positive outreach ensured I had everything I needed, when I needed it, regardless of the somewhat limited store hours. If you’re in the Calistoga area and looking for top-tier bikes and even better service, Calistoga Bike Shop is the place to go.

This was the first guided tour I have been on. A group of us rented the Specialized Turbo mountain bikes and rode for a few hours at Moore Creek with our guide Trace, who was awesome. The scenery and experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend the Calistoga Bikeshop.

The Calistoga Bike Shop is a nice, clean and friendly place with a wide array of bikes. Dave was a great help and knowledgable about bikes and fitting you to the bike. The Calistoga to St. Helena bike trail is wonderful and a fun way to spend the afternoon. The view is spectacular and ride is an easy 10 mile ride.

Last month my wife and I discovered our favorite local activity. Calistoga Bike Shop provided e-bikes and suggested an itinerary along the recently completed Vine Trail, which conveniently begins behind their shop. It’s the perfect pairing. We rode another 27 miles on their e-bikes today meandering to some of their other recommended stops and noting several others we still want to experience. Last month was warm, but we didn’t break a sweat. Today was windy, but the bikes did all the work, allowing us to carry on conversations while cruising through vineyards. No more traffic or parking lots. With great options to explore and revisit, it’s our new monthly date.

Last week my wife and I rented some really nice e-bikes for the day. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a really nice day exploring the area. The trail system in the Napa Valley is very scenic with many opportunities to visit the vineyards in the Valley.
