everyone i dealt with here were very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. absolutely zero snobbery or condescension that you might find at other shops. if you're looking for good vibes and competence, this is a shop for you.

Always so helpful. I’m a guy who has to ask a lot of questions before I truly understand something or will pull the trigger and act. They never fail to educate me and never act as though it’s any bother at all. A truly modern shop with customer service orientation. Very much appreciated

Such great and same day service! Matthew was very professional, skilled, quick and personable. He even taught me how to adjust my brakes and change my rear tire. Very reasonable rates. Couldn’t be happier!

NorCal Bikes is an excellent place for all aspects of riding. They’re educated in both MTB and Road, and are willing to share their expert opinions on the available options. I have been getting my MTB serviced here for a few years and every single employee in there rules. Super friendly, helpful and not swindlers. I appreciate them sharing their knowledge of the bikes and components and help me make the best decision. Party on people, see yall soon to spend more money.

Friendly stuff which helped me to select a helmet and some protection material. Highly recommend. Im the past they also worked on my bike.
