Shane helped my buddy and I out of a little jam on short notice. My buddy's rear hub was coming apart and Shane got it fixed up. I had some tire issues that he got sorted out quickly. Great guy and great shop. Really appreciate the help today.

Great little bike store. I shopped around for a trek rail 9.8xt and was glad to find Shane. He beat the price of all the Austin stores even when factoring in the city rebate for new ebikes. It was a pleasure to work with Shane when placing the order and waiting on shipment. He kept me in the loop and overall I would recommend Canyon bikes for service or purchase. Great little store. Great staff.

I looked these guys to buy a tube today since i got a flat only 1/2 mile into a trail (great start). I drive over there in traffic since google and their website says they dont close until 6pm, I get there just before 5p and the place is closed and door barricaded off. This was not reflected on google or their website, and i couldn't find their facebook to see if there was an emergency closure so Amazon it is from now on.

They are awesome and know their stuff! Had two other bike shops trying to fix my tubeless tires only to find out the tires weren’t meant for tubeless. Took the time to get me some new tires so that I could get out and ride and not have any more problems in the future. My new local bike shop. Not headed anywhere else!

Took my Giant to Shane after another local shop that won't be named charged me for a service and seemingly did nothing. This man knows his stuff for sure, fixed things I didn't even know were wrong. I will definitely be taking all my bikes to Shane from now on, and you should too.
