Great customer service. I brought in my Hi-Boy E-Scooter and had several issues. Would of cost more than it's worth to fix they did a great job at helping me pick a new one to purchase now I have the Hi-boy Ecom 14 which I'm loving so far. Will continue to go here for service in the future they are very knowledgeable and are great at what they do

Ryan has helped me get my e-bike ride-worthy and performing great! I've come back whenever I need anything done and I drive from Palm Coast to bring my bike. They're worth the drive by far. This business is not professional at all. I brought my E-bike in last month because I wanted new brake pads. They charged me for brake pads and didn’t replace them because I just found out today at the place I brought my bike to be fix again because my breaks keep getting loose and was confused as to why. This other place said they are wore out and were not recently replaced. Every time I go into this place I have to argue with them.

This place is the best place for all your E-bike needs! My wife and I purchased an E-bike for my Father-in-law who has a little hard time getting around. He was in love with it. It did however run into an issue and we brought it to this shop. To say Ryan and Joey went above and beyond is an understatement. We didn’t even buy the bike from them and they diagnosed the problem in under an hour! I was blown away and they took care of the issue! I will definitely be back to purchase an E-Bike from them!
