We had a great experience here. We never felt like we were being sold things we didn’t need. We purchased two bikes, two helmets, a set of lights for each bike, and bottle holders for water bottles. Joe worked with us and was very patient. He let us test drive a few bikes and made sure to give us safety tips along the way. He was kind, courteous, and efficient. The rest of the staff was incredibly kind as well. A truly great experience.

Just bought a bike here - and the experience was awesome. To be honest, I was planning on shopping around at all the different bike shops in the area. However, after trying a few bikes and speaking with the great staff - I was sold. Great customer service, great quality bikes, great everything. If you're in the market for a new bike, check this place out. They even helped me with a child seat that I wanted to put on my bike and helped me get the exact right one. Thanks!!!

I brought two bicycles into the store for service today. I was not expecting that they be handled the same day but was expecting a week or so turn around. The staff looked at the bikes, quickly assessed what was needed to service them and had both of them fully taken care of within the hour. It was really unexpected but much appreciated. The service was fast, was courteous, was what I strive to provide myself in my business.

I had a great experience at this shop. Ordered a trike . They kept me informed of shipping process via text, assembly was top notch , and education was provided on warranty and care . I’d recommend this shop to my family and friends. And I love my new trike
