Called for a tube at 4:30 p.m. The phone rang about 7 times. Someone picked up, rubbed the phone around and hung up. I called back and someone answered screaming, "HELLO!". I asked for the tube and he said, yeah, well, wait hold on. Then said yeah, I got it. 25. I think I'll go somewhere else that isn't angry to answer a call for a sale.

Solid mechanic. We were riding the bayshore bikeway and needed a new tube. Chris found a thorn and fixed it up swiftly. Comfy couch while you wait. Thanks for being here

Went to buy a nut for my back tire one other person came in while he was getting helping me he said 10 bucks I handed him 2 unfolded $5’5 he went to put it on my bike he says oh it’s a hub wheel he changed out on nut only? He then said $11 unless you already paid me. I said I did. He looks in his register he said nope from where I was standing I seen my folded bills he then said I don’t believe you get out never return? In the beginning I told him what I wanted he didn’t like the fact that I didn’t want him to look at my bike. To tell me what I needed. On but one wager cost me 10. Then later said $11 after he put it on. And 2 other nuts that don’t fit. No recites, and once 8 years ago he over charged without a work up sheet

Had a flat on my e bike. I called and asked if I could get it fixed. Drop it off and 3 hours later it was fixed. Can't complain about the service.

Chris fixed our flat tires and gave us excellent service. We also had our gears and chain replaced, friendly knowledgeable staff in a great location.
