My first bike fitting was 10/17/2024, Stef was great!! Lots of great information and great adjustments to my bike, I first group ride was 10/19/2024 and it was a very comfortable ride! I highly recommend getting a bike fitting with Stef.

Best Bike Shop in the Raleigh, RDU Area!! Had my annual service done. Quick service, most friendly and helpful staff, even got great tips were to ride, since I just moved here. The break bleed was difficult, but Brian the mechanic figured it out abs found the right break pads too. 100% Satisfied with the service and helpfulness! Thank you again Conte’s Bike Shop!

3/28/2024, Contes Bike Shop located at 8111 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh NC. I was fortunate to win a raffle prize from Contes for a complimentary bike fit using the Retul fit device. I want to thanks Conte’s and Fran Lenahan, Regional Bike Fit Specialist, for providing this great opportunity. Fran’s service is second to none. His professionalism far exceeded my expectations as he worked well past the 3 hour limit ironing out my leg length discrepancies . Fran’s Retul technical knowledge is amazing. The hospitality by all the staff members was fantastic. I highly recommend a visit to Conte’s Bike Shop located in the Brennon Station Shopping Center.

Went in for a bike fit with Stephan to get everything dialed back in after a health issue that kept me off the bike for three months. The fit is not cheap, but 100% worth the investment if cycling is an important part of your life. Everything is measured, from head to toe, and the Retuel system evaluates your biomechanics on the bike and generates a report in real time so that adjustments can be made, re-measurements taken, and so forth until everything is right. Steph took time to get everything dialed in, and we realized that my saddle height was nearly two centimeters off. Also made adjustments to the handlebar hoods that i didn't even know were possible, making for a more comfortable hand position. Excellent experience all around. Really glad these folks are in the neighborhood.
