Their customer service is amazing. When I initially called, the person on the phone was very polite, helpful, and assured me that they would be able to fix my bike. When I arrived at the store, I spoke with another person who was equally helpful. I arrived in a good mood but left in a great mood because of how friendly they were. Even though they didn’t have the parts in stock to fix my bike that day, their incredible white glove customer service practices made me look forward to coming back to pick it up. These guys are amazing and consistently demonstrate what a great customer experience should be in an industry!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Bob and Nolan took their time and explained things very well. I would highly recommend this location if you’re just getting into cycling and appreciate quality service.

Incomparable professionals in store and amazing service. Very quick turn around on even difficult jobs. Nate and team are excellent and you will not be disappointed.

I competed in my first Ironman race a few weeks ago and absolutely wouldn’t have been able to do it without this Trek location! I went in multiple times and had Nate and Nolan work on my bike (bought used on FB marketplace). Every time I brought it in with a question or concern they were kind, so patient, and SO knowledgeable. I am a biking newbie and they definitely made the process so much easier. 50/10!!!

Nolan was incredibly helpful and thorough from start to finish. His recommendations were spot on! I brought my 4-year-old along, and Nolan was fantastic with her—super kid-friendly and patient, even with her endless chatter. He answered all my questions with ease and found me the perfect bike. Overall, an excellent experience!
