Excellent service! I was afraid they wouldn't repair my son's bike for him...since it's not a "fancy" one.. but they did, no questions asked and no judgement cast. Happy kid = Happy Mommy!

Just got into road biking with my son who lives in Raleigh. I’ve now made three visits to this bike shop for help; once to adjust a chain derailer, then back for a new tire tube and a third visit to replace a handlebar end cap. This team is professional, knowledgeable, and super responsive to solving your bike problems. It’s getting harder and harder to walk in there and not want to buy a new bike. They’ve got some great options. Great location and easy to visit on your way in and out of Raleigh just off Wade Avenue less than five minutes from interstate 40 and two minutes from the beltline. I’ll be back!

I just had my bike serviced at Conte‘s and they did an excellent job. Jon was so easy to work with, and he explained all of the pricing and what he was going to do to my bike. When I picked it up, he went through everything in detail. All of the staff at Conte‘s are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

WARNING!! Took electric bike in for break service. 4 days riding the bike, BOTH breaks failed. Nasty fall , stitches involved. Very bad. Please go somewhere else for breaks. Sent email to the shop. Not even a SORRY it happened to you. Only I can contact them if I have any questions. I do not recommend Wade ave locations for a break work. Very scary!

That is such a great place for cyclists. I came in for the cleats adjustment since my left one shifted. The team took care of it in minutes, I didn’t have to leave them , and they did exactly what I needed. They were very competent, and I am happy to go on the ride tomorrow, all problems solved. If I knew how easy and painless that's going to be. , I would have done it a couple of months ago!
