Terrible Customer Service - Avoid This Shop I had an awful experience at this bike shop. I came in ready to buy four brand new bikes but ended up walking out due to the poor customer service. The staff, particularly Jeff, made it clear he didn’t have time to discuss the details of the bikes I was interested in. To make matters worse, he repeatedly yelled at my kids, asking them not to touch anything—even though we were looking at kids’ bikes. When we brought out a few bikes for my kids to try, he immediately put them back, showing zero interest in helping us or ensuring we had a good experience. While the shop itself might have nice bikes, the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. It’s clear they don’t value their customers. I won’t be coming back, and I would strongly recommend others avoid this shop as well.

Great store! I haven't ridden in several years and Franck got my bike back up to speed after many long hot summers sitting untouched in a blazing hot Florida garage. Got a new helmet to match, and I'm ready to hit the road!! It's obvious Franck & Jeff care about their customers, and give really helpful advice.

This bike shop has a bike for nearly every rider at a very budget friendly price point. Enter the clean Melbourne, FL location to a large in-store selection and even an deeper online inventory. Amazing deals for casual riders all the way to performance levels of all cycling categories. Unfortunately they can not keep all of the bikes in one shop but are happy to assist and order/assemble your new bike. After a few questions to gather your riding needs, you will be pointed in the right direction. Wether it's your first bike or your next bike, maybe a bike for someone else. Friendly service and unusually quick turn around on most repairs with a fair price always. The parts selection is ever growing so check in often. This is your local shop with quality bikes available under the name brand price tags, they will be happy to serve your cycling needs.

We love spectrum. I bought two bicycles from this shop over 10 years ago when they were in Waterford. The owner stands by his lifetime servicing. I travel an hour from Orlando for service and to purchase any new bikes or accessories, which we did for our teens in the last couple of years. This last weekend, we bought a new style bike for my wife. Always super happy to do business with them! Maybe electric assists bikes are next. :)

We bought two bikes from this Bike Shop. One bike from their Melbourne location and the other from their Indian Harbour Beach location. Incredibly pleased with the selection, pricing and lifetime service offered with the bikes. Another reason for the 5 stars is the guy, Jeff King, in their Melbourne location, who helped us with one of the bikes. He was awesome, so knowledgeable, offered to let me test drive a couple bikes, took care of getting the seat set to my height. I was able to pick the best bike for my needs/wants based on having all the information Jeff provided me with. I cannot brag about him enough. 5 Stars!
