My hubby and I have matching his and her 10-speeds from 1982 that we purchased brand new. Okay, so about 5 years ago, I decided I needed to make some adjustments to my 10-speed. I am older now and have issues I did not have until the past 10 years. We went in to The Cyclery Shop, I picked out new handlebars and had them install them and do a tune up on my bike. They did a great Job! But I eventually found that what I really needed a totally different bike. So last month, I went back to the shop, looking for a new bike. The woman that waited on me was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We found just the right bike for me. I added some additional options (side mirrors, and upgraded to quick shifters), and I was on my way. Love my new bike and highly recommend this shop and their staff!

Had a very good shopping experience at Cyclery &Fitness Center. Found my grandson a new/used Trek at a very good price. Along with gloves and a clearance jersey. Will be back in the future. I now have a new riding partner.

I had a very mixed experience. When I first came in, the older female staff member was very condescending and dismissive. Not very positive or helpful. As a new rider and customer, she made me feel not welcome. After my interaction with her, I was able to get some help from a younger male staff member at the back service area. He was kind, understanding, and helpful. It turned out my seat’s clamp was put on backwards. No judgment or rudeness from him - only consideration. Will update my review if I continue to patronize the store.

Knowledge staff and great pricing! They didn't try to upsell me items I didn’t need or a product that was above what I needed. They will always get my business.

We popped in out of the blue when my rear brake needed new pads and a new cable. They were super accomodating and fit in my repair as we were just biking through. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely nice. He was thorough and even installed a rubber stopper to prevent future water from getting into the cable. Parts and service were inexpensive; I would highly recommend this bike shop.
