The 5.0 rating for the Covered Bridge ebike store is entirely deserved. The owner has many years of experience and is very genuinely interested in your needs. I bought a Aventon Level 2 regular frame from them, and I'm dead in the middle of the sizing chart between the regular and the large. After the purchase I was hesitant if i had purchased the correct size and they continued to work with me and allowed me to do additional test rides on the two sized bikes to see if I needed to make an exchange.

Covered bridge bike rental was exceptional from the beginning of our experience to the end. Both owners were not only friendly and helpful but they were very professional. The quality of the petal assisted bikes that we rented was excellent. They were well-maintained. Best of all if we had had any problems which we did not, they would’ve come to the site and helped us. The bikes were in top-notch condition, so we need not have worried. The extras that were provided made the experience even better. I highly recommend, this bike rental outfit for anyone.

Our group had an absolutely fantastic experience with Covered Bridge Bike Rental! Their selection of bikes was top-notch—practically brand new and in excellent condition. We were thrilled to see the entire Aventon e-bike lineup available for rent, which made our ride so much fun. It’s also a bonus that they sell Aventon bikes if you’re looking to purchase one after trying it out. The location couldn’t be better—right in downtown Glen Carbon and conveniently next to the MCT trail network, making it easy for us to hit the trails and enjoy the day. The owners were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to ensure everything was set up perfectly for our group. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back. Highly recommend Covered Bridge Bike Rental to anyone looking for a fun, seamless, and high-quality biking experience!

I have lived in the area a long time and had no idea this place was here. Owners are very friendly and helpful. I was in the market for an ebike and they answered all my questions. They also let me test ride one of the bikes. It is great that they can order a bike if it is one they don't have in stock. It is awesome that they also service the ebikes also. There is also a good choice of rental bikes. Worth visiting if you are in the market for an ebike.

The E-bike was well worth the upgrade and small extra price. It’s still a great work out and can go much further! It was definitely a huge help pulling behind a child trailer. My daughter and I loved everything about our experience! Very helpful, close hook up to the MCT trail. Highly recommend this for a fun family activity! And they are open every day which is great.
