We called Dialed Cycling after the neighborhood bully stole my 7 year old’s bike from under her and jumped on the back wheel; this bent parts on both the bike and wheel, causing the bike to be completely inoperable. Not only did Dialed Cycling get her bike in and fixed incredibly fast the same day, they also did something else (that I won’t mention so it’s not an expected thing from others) for this single momma who is so incredibly grateful to have her kiddo back out on her beloved bike again. We’ll recommend you guys to everyone we know! Many many thanks!

Dialed Cycling was super helpful in handling a warranty claim for me, even though I didn't buy the bike through them, didn't spend a dime at their shop, or unfortunately won't be using them for the rebuild. They were just the closest shop (3 hours away) for the vendor. Definitely will need to stop in town next time on my way through, just absolutely in awe of their customer service and willingness to help.

I drive past 2 very good local bike shops to come here. The bikes are the best, the service is the best, the atmosphere is by far the best. I really really appreciate the focus on community though. If you don’t know, read the about page on the website. These folks are doing a ton of good, and to me these things combined are what make difference between very good and great.

Just had the best experience here!! I somehow popped a stroller tire and couldn’t figure out where the leak was, or find a replacement tube, so I brought it here to ask for their expertise. Not only were they incredibly kind and professional, they helped me get the tire off the stroller, they diagnosed the problem and got me set up with a new tube so fast! I can’t say thank you enough!! I realize this is a bike shop and they had a lot of incredible bikes and accessories, but ladies… they fix stroller tires too! Such a positive and easy experience 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 thanks a million to these guys for getting a busy mom and toddler back on the jog again!!

This is the best bike shop I have ever dealt with. Everyone who works there is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On top of that, these folks are actually athletes who know their stuff because they live and breathe cycling and racing of all kinds. Highly recommended.
