I say, great, please give me an estimate on everything. They say fine we'll get you a quote. 3 weeks ago by and no communication. I've secured other transportation. They call me and inform me the scooter is ready and I have bill due. I say, I asked for a quote and never approved this. They realize their error and say oops, we'll comp some of the work (something else needed to be repaired). Disappointed I agree. They call me back 2 hours later and reneg on their promise. They say they've done work and wont uphold the promise they JUST made me. I need to pay them everything or they'll pull the battery they already installed and I'll need to pay them additional labor than the bill I was already quoted if I want work done. They pull the newly installed battery but when I go to pick it up, they kindly explain how to reinstall it. Which was nice, I guess. Definitely will not be returning for future service."

    Been going to e bike premier for awhile now, always friendly and concerned to get your bike operating optimally. They just put in my new motor, works great and fair priced. It's nice having reliable friendly service nearby!

    This shop is amazing. Tim is down to earth, honest, and super helpful. We tried to shop at other stores closer to our house but all of them overcharged, tried to upsell and were not very nice. It was worth a 40 minute drive to work with Tim. Super helpful over the phone, answered all of our questions and had no hidden fees. Had a great selection of bikes and scooters in the shop- at a variety of price points so we could work within our budget. Love his honesty and his passion for helping people out. I will come here again when we are ready to get another e-bike!

    Great service MAX went Above and beyond the customer service is outstanding I'm not easily impressed and this guy knows his business and understood my needs and he fulfilled my ebike needs. Don't go anywhere else.it isn't necessary if you go here first. Have not had customer service like this in a long time I'm a client for life I won't go anywhere else. I can't say enough good things about MAX. Pleasantly surprised fair prices and he delivered my part to me for a delivery fee he made my day better big time.
