This bike store comes across as a good group prior to you making a purchase. Once the purchase is made, a completely different story. They have essentially take $8K of my money and said, go to another bike store to solve the issues we had with a bike we purchased. I have emails to back my experience so, this is not made up. I wouldn't purchase a tire lever from these guys. With the holiday season coming up, there are many bike stores in the area to spend your money and I would seriously caution you to spend it here. Once again, they will share with you how great they are, how nice they are, but once you need any level of support post sale, you will be on your own. Bike purchases are expensive and making those purchases with a small business that will stand behind you is important. This is not your store. They wished me good luck with another store to resolve my issues which has cost me even more money. I believe I have to give them 1 star for this post to show and this is painful and far more than they deserve. Good luck if you make any purchases...

Kevin and Austin are super friendly and helped me and my girlfriend a lot since we were biketouring and needed help. We felt very welcome and had a nice chat.

This is the real deal. I wasted a day going around Santa Rosa bike shops and sporting goods stores looking for a quality road helmet. Echelon was my last stop. Should have been my first. They had the good stuff, all the sizes, and I found a helmet that fit me perfectly and fit my needs. Echelon Cyclery is the place I plan to go for quality bike supplies from now on.

I have a few Cervelo's between the wife and I and Kevin has always had Cervelo specific parts I have needed over the years and installed bottom brackets in the past as I didn't have a special tool (I like doing all my own wrenching that I can), so when looking for my new S3 Di2 Disc I was hoping to buy here local. Most all my bikes in recent years have been 56cm with somewhere around 25mm - 35mm of spacers under the stem, Kevin & Phil at Echelon strongly believed I would be happier on a 58cm with the new integrated cockpit slammed then running spacers on a 56cm, they said it would be stiffer, handle better, ect. they were right. Already love this thing! A few mods before my first ride, changed the R.A.T. Cervelo axles out for a set of Robert Axle Project axles to clean it up a bit, changed the discs to black Dura Ace and slid on a new set of Conti 5000 TdF edition tires. Will be checking in with them to add I9 or Reserve 45/65 combo wheelset and other bikes in the future, good people here! Photo of Echelon Cycle & Multisport - Santa Rosa, CA, United States

Apparently this place is supposed to be a Santa Cruz dealer yet they seemed to know very little about their bikes. Even after giving them the exact year making model of my frame they didn't seem to want to help me with ordering the correct size cranks. They told me "go look it up on the Internet". I figure if that's the case then I'll just buy the parts off the Internet as well. Seems as if they're not interested in gaining any new customers. Very poor customer service and not very friendly people at all. This is not what I'm used to from bike shops in my area.
