Chris was very helpful and assisted us to pick out the best e-bikes for me and my wife. Being 55+, the Velotric Discover 2 bikes had the best features and good quality and reliability that we needed. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we had good fit and understood the bikes' features. It is important to buy from a shop like this so that your e-bike can be serviced. It's also good to support the local economy, and they have a nice showroom and repair facility.

The owner of this shop is top-notch. He assisted me and getting a new key for the battery enclosement and also fixing the battery itself. He even went as far as delivering the bike to my house since we lived in a different city. I recommend purchasing any type of electric bike or scooter from Sir John Moto in San Clemente .

never buy anything from him. It took me a week to deliver the bike instead of the promised three days, it arrived at night (so that I probably wouldn’t see it) with a damage. The bike is not cheap, the whole order costs 2.5k, and he forgot to deliver my helmet and phone holder. He said “I’ll bring them tomorrow” and disappeared. a week later I asked where they were and he offered to pick them up from the store (although delivery was paid). in fact, if I had immediately noticed in the dark that my bike was damaged, I would have immediately asked for a refund, but now I don’t want to prove anything to him. the person does not know how to work, deliver goods and communicate with the buyer. don't mess around.

Just came out the store, my boyfriend and I were completely ignored by these people. Not even a “Hello” “welcome” . Keep in mind we were the only people inside the store. Until I guess some friends of the owner came in and they started greating them super happy. So yeah -1 star for this store. Not friendly

Very Happy with our new trike! Already been cruising the Beach! A little bit of a wait but worth it!! It’s really a blast to ride!! My wife hasn’t had a chance to ride it yet!!
