New to MTB, so I have many noob questions, yet Andrew, a salesperson, is patient and helpful. All shop crews are rad. The shop might look small, but it has solid stock. I got specialized turbo levo and the best deal around the town - price and information. Honestly, I could have gone to a Specialized big store. However, supporting local businesses and people you can rely on is more important for MTB. Andrew is honest with the models/ parts specs and helps me pick the suitable and reasonable ones. I appreciate his straight opinion based on actual experience. I’ll keep coming here for sure. I highly recommend talking to them for any purchase/maintenance.

I can’t say enough good things about The Bike House! After my daughter’s eBike was stolen and later recovered by the police, it was in rough shape. The team at The Bike House went above and beyond to restore it to its former glory. Not only did they clean it thoroughly, but they also replaced damaged parts, making sure it was as good as new. On top of that, they took the time to walk us through the best ways to secure the bike in the future, giving us peace of mind. Their expertise, kindness, and customer service were outstanding. Amazing experience visiting and becoming a customer. Bike was worked on and returned in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend. Location is definitely a plus but customer service is one of best I’ve experienced at a bike shop.

BEST BIKE SHOP IN ORANGE COUNTY! Diego and his crew absolutely kill it here. They are quick, good priced, and care about their customers! I wouldn’t trust my bike anywhere else! Adding: still best bike shop. 10/10 service
