Epic E-Bikes was great. Marcus was helpful in finding us a bike for our budget that our son loved. He let us test ride them & spent time walking us through the pros & cons of different bikes. Once we picked a bike he said it would take 5-10 days to be delivered & assembled, but in reality it was ready in 4 days. Under promise and over deliver. I like it. It’s great to have a local shop to handle all our e-bike needs. Thank you Marcus & Epic!

I had bought an Epic A16 for my oldest boy second hand here in Arizona. Thing has worked flawlessly for the past 6 months. The bike did have an issue with the controller now, I called and spoke to the owner Marcus (I think is what he said his name was). Told him what I had tested and confirmed that the controller was the issue. Even though the bike was second hand he still warrantied it out and shipped it free of charge! He stood by his product and backed it. Which is what I really appreciated about our interaction. He’s a true believer of what he does and you can tell he’s passionate about it as well. Will definitely be purchasing another Epic Bike when the time comes! 10/10!

The back wheel hub on my Aventon Aventure went out and the company sent me a new one since it was under warranty. I needed someone to swap them out and Epic did an amazing job at the install. Not only was he faster than everyone else I called, but he was even cheaper and did better work. As a bonus I told then my last mechanics couldn't stop my brake squeaks which we all k ow cam be super loud and obnoxious, not too mention embarrassing. For the first time since I bought the bike, the BRAKES ARE FINALLY SILENT!! I totally just goiud my new local mechanic. If you need e-bike repairs or services, do yourself a favor and Give EPIC a call FIRST!! You will not be disappointed. Thanks Again, Guys.

Came from out of town on vacation with my family and picked Epic E-bikes because when I called, Marcus was straight up with me and answered my questions. Caleb was super helpful with our rentals and explained everything thoroughly. Their bikes are amazing quality. We will definitely be purchasing our bikes from them when we actually pull the trigger. Their store is clean and selection was extensive… trust me if you’re looking for a great spot to buy or rent e-bikes this is THE place to come!! Thanks so much guys!

This bike shop rocks! Absolutely great customer service and family owned! I love supporting family owned businesses if I can and this one is wonderful. Nice, genuine, always ready to help, answer your calls and any questions. The bike is great I got a matte red hustler and it’s comfortable, brakes well, rides well and the speed is great. I just bought a car rack as well! Thanks again for the great experience and anyone should definitely check it out!
