My wife and I purchased two bikes from Eddie yesterday, one new and one used. We couldn't be happier with the bikes, and we couldn't be more satisfied with Eddie and the level of service he has provided, both before and after the purchase! It is so refreshing to deal with a businessman who has the degree of knowledge he has in his product and the outstanding service and assistance he has given us! We highly recommend him to anyone who is giving consideration to purchasing an ebike!! Thanks for everything, Eddie!!

Shoddy workmanship. Eddie repaired a flat for me. He installed a new tube for my rear tire on my Jupiter electric bike. I had returned a couple days later because I had to put air in my tire 4 times...same tire he had fixed. Had a slow leak and my bike was squeaking SO bad! It was super annoying and never had it ever squeaked so bad. When I returned to have him make it right he immediately dismissed me by saying "Oh that's all you're upset about?! That's nothing." And walked away without even listening as it made the noise super bad when I was going about 20mph. I left feeling extremely upset and dismissed...did I mention that Eddie had charged me $70?! To install a new tube. The slow leak turned into a not so slow leak so I took it to my regular guy which is much farther, but totally worth it to get it right, and know it's right. My guy said that the tube was twisted and bulging which is why it was leaking. When I asked why it was squeaking, and what he did to fix, and he said "Shoddy workmanship" he put it back together and not one sound...so another $50 but at least not it's right... YAY! 😁 UPDATE: and now I'm being called a liar. Nice! I came by 4-days later to tell u I still had a slow leak and fix the terrible squeaking sound and you laughed in my face and walked away blaming it on the weather...you literally said "that's what you are worried about?! I've seen way worse" like any amount of noise is acceptable. And now you are accusing me of lying and not taking care of my bike...which is also not true. I have a regular bike shop that has always done a fantastic job. My bad for giving you a shot as you are much closer. Please post your video so others can see how NOT to put a tire on. I am so disappointed in you. I'd rather you didn't fix my bike on Thanksgiving if you can't do it right...you charged my $70 to screw it up and I had to pay $50 to get it right. So sad...how are you ever going to grow your business if you can't ever make things right when you are wrong?! Word of mouth is the #1 way to grow your business...or not...

My wife and I each got one today. Awesome sales person. Took the time to go over everything with us, answered all our questions and they even came with warranties. Got a great deal and if I need any upgrades or repairs I'm keeping it local with Electric Riders. Thanks guys.

Eddie at Electric Riders is awesome. I brought my bike in for repairs, and he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of quickly and that I was happy with the results. He is very honest when it comes to diagnosing the issues and providing a fair price for the work. I will continue to use Eddie for all my ebike repairs and service. The prices they have for their new bikes are also very reasonable. Go in and meet Eddie and check out their ebike selection. You will not be disappointed.
