Excellent service! I got a flat on the Erie Canal Trail and luckily I ended up being only 3 miles from Elevate. Called them up to see if they could help and Chris, the owner, came out in his truck, picked up me and my bike, took us to his shop, fixed the flat, tweaked the brakes, and I was on my way again in less than an hour. Worth noting that Chris was the only person working in his shop so he had to close up while he drove out to find me. I was massively impressed. Thanks again, Chris. My day could have gone very differently!

Headed for a 4 day bike trip in Canada, I remembered that I forgot my SPD cleat shoes and frantically searched "bike shop" from the NY Thruway. The cycling gods took pity and I found my way to Elevate Cycles. After thoughtful consideration of all the options, I walked out with affordable pedals with cages that worked with the sneakers I was wearing. Elevate saved the day. Great trip, great cycle shop. Chris and the team at Elevate have been nothing short of exceptional in helping me get on the saddle this year. Elevate was one of only two shops that didn't literally laugh at me when I called to ask about bike availability, and the only shop who could get me the bike I wanted before winter. Having the bike properly fit to me on pickup was super helpful to get me straight on the trails. Great bikes, great service, local shop. Thanks again guys, looking forward to stopping by again!
